What Marine Order 504 requires

Your risk assessment must identify the risk of fatigue for the master and crew and how it is managed (MO 504, Sch 1 cl 2(3)(e)). Your crewing must also allow at least 10 hours rest in each 24-hour period (cl 8(4)). Owners may have additional fatigue duties under State or Territory work health and safety laws.
